About the role
We are excited to launch a new flagship project and are seeking an experienced Experience Manager with a strong background in horizontal community management, particularly villa and townhouse developments. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in community operations, resident relations, and facilities coordination, with a passion for delivering exceptional living experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee community management, including financial management, maintenance, and resident experience.

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and owners association bylaws*.*
•
Monitor service providers’ performance*, ensuring adherence to company SLAs and KPIs.*
•
Develop and implement strategies to optimize and grow the buildings under management.
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
•
Lead initiatives focused on sustainability, environmental stewardship, and technology integration*.*
•
Establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners, vendors, and authorities*.*
•
Regularly assess building operations to ensure efficiency and high standards.
•
Prepare and present reports to senior management and clients*.*
•
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal developments*.*
