AIA Group Limited (“AIA”) and Discovery Group Limited (“Discovery”) have agreed to establish a digital health technology and integrated solutions business (“Amplify”) that aims to transform how payors, private hospitals, corporates and public healthcare systems deliver health and wellness for patients and communities across Asia.
Amplify brings together the best of partners through a combination of Discovery’s globally proven healthcare technology, intellectual property and expertise and AIA’s brand, established market position, distribution assets and decades of well-established leadership and execution capabilities.
Initially focused on serving AIA businesses to help increase new business value and deliver financial benefits, Amplify is looking to extend its reach to serve and partner with other private and public payors and healthcare system participants including private hospitals, corporates and pharmaceutical and MedTech companies.
