Next Job Abroad is hiring on behalf of our client for an Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international tech team in Athens, Greece.

The Role
As part of the customer experience team, you will:
•
Support customers via phone, chat, and email
•
Help users with technical issues across devices and accounts
•
Troubleshoot mobile devices, software, and basic tech setups
•
Assist with account security and password management
•
Coordinate repairs and escalate more complex cases when needed
•
Deliver a high-quality experience while representing a global tech brand
Requirements
•
Fluency in Italian
•
Good level of English
•
Interest in technology (iOS, MacOS, or similar is a plus)
•
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
