About half your week is outbound. You’ll research accounts, build target lists, write sequences, make cold calls across time zones, and follow up until you get a clear answer. You’ll own the work from identifying the right buyer to getting a qualified conversation on the calendar.
You won’t just execute outreach. You’ll help decide who we target, what we say, and what we try next.
There’s no playbook to inherit. You constantly iterate and figure out what works for you.
The other half is hands-on growth work. That might mean fixing a LinkedIn campaign that stopped converting, building a target list no data vendor sells, or helping a new customer get their first campaign live by Friday. The work changes. The expectation doesn’t: understand the problem, take ownership, and finish it.
You’ll travel about three times a month. Our buyers are in Dallas, Phoenix, Charlotte, and across the country. You’ll meet them at industry conferences, on trade show floors, and at their businesses. You should enjoy walking into a room where you don’t know anyone and leaving with a reason to follow up.
You’ll hear “no” often. You’ll need to stay curious, adjust your approach, and make the next call.
