Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Public Area Attendant to join our team at Constance Ephelia, Seychelles. This is a permanent position offering the opportunity to work in a luxury resort environment, ensuring that our public areas remain immaculate and secure throughout the night shift. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction that define our organisation.
Responsibilities
•
Perform routine cleaning and tidying of common areas, ensuring compliance with our quality standards
•
Monitor and maintain all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, terraces, and recreational spaces during night shifts
•
Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns during night hours
•
Report any damage, maintenance requirements, or security incidents to the appropriate departments
•
Ensure all public areas comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
•
Maintain accurate records of night shift activities and observations
•
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations across all shifts
•
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and materials safely and efficiently
•
Assist with emergency procedures and guest safety protocols as required
Qualifications
•
Proven experience working as a public area attendant, housekeeping attendant, or similar role in a hospitality setting
•
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
•
Ability to work independently and take initiative during night shifts
•
Excellent physical stamina and fitness to perform manual tasks
•
Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Solid understanding of health and safety procedures and regulations
•
Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional conduct
•
Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
•
Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment
•
Customer service experience in a hospitality environment
