Overview
Network Technician (GTA)
Reporting to the Manager, Field Service, you will support the Direct Sales Division Technical team by providing pre-sales support Solutions Consultants regarding software solutions. You will perform installs, support Canon software solutions in the field, and provide IT support for network customers.

Provide network support to customers
•
Install Canon and 3rd Party software solutions for customers and provide support
•
Provide third-level support to Technicians in the field
•
Install and support software solutions in our showrooms
•
Support Solutions Consultants with pre-sale functions to develop customer solutions and scope of work
Qualifications
To Succeed, You Will Need:
•
Post-Secondary education in Electronics or Computer Science
•
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
•
