About the company
Our client, Endor Labs, is building an application security platform designed for today’s complex, dependency-rich software environments. Its technology helps development teams identify, prioritize, and resolve the open-source and application security risks that matter most.
Endor Labs is looking for a highly technical Technical Implementation Engineer to guide customers through the successful implementation of its platform. You will become the primary technical contact from the moment a customer signs, leading the integration of Endor Labs into their development environment from beginning to end.
Responsibilities
•
Lead customer implementations of the Endor Labs platform, from technical discovery and planning through deployment and early adoption.
•
Serve as the primary technical contact during implementation, understanding each customer’s architecture, development workflows, and requirements.
•
Integrate and configure Endor Labs across source-code repositories, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and developer environments, including Maven- and Gradle-based systems.
•
Troubleshoot complex software, infrastructure, and configuration issues, developing custom solutions when standard integrations do not meet customer needs.
•
Communicate technical concepts and implementation progress clearly through calls, email, and other collaboration channels.
•
Partner with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to resolve challenges and turn customer feedback into product improvements.
•
Manage multiple implementation projects while helping customers adopt secure development practices with minimal disruption to their teams.
