About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager to support the development and delivery of regulatory technology (RegTech) solutions that help financial institutions and regulated businesses meet compliance requirements efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their product career to gain hands-on experience working at the intersection of technology, regulation, and user needs.
You will work closely with Regulatory experts, RegTech engineering, front end & back end design teams, as well as commercial & pre-sales teams to help define product requirements, support delivery, and ensure our solutions align with evolving regulatory landscapes.
Salary: £40,000 to £55,000 based on experience

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Product Development & Delivery
•
Support the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps, user stories, and acceptance criteria
•
Assist in translating business requirements into clear product requirements
•
Work with engineering teams during design, scoping, and throughout the delivery of the features
•
Help manage the product backlog, prioritising tasks under guidance from senior product leaders
•
Support product processes ensuring features are designed according to requirements, documented and communicated to internal & external audiences
•
Gather and document feedback from customers, internal teams, and partners
•
Support user research activities, including interviews, demos, and usability testing
•
Assist in preparing product documentation, release notes, product newsletter and other internal / external product communications
