Responsibilities
What You Will Do
•
Partner with Product, Data, and Business teams to ensure development focuses on impactful initiatives.
•
Define and track key product metrics to identify growth opportunities.
•
Translate data into clear recommendations for roadmap prioritization and informed decision-making.
•
Ensure product features align with user needs, optimize product strategy, and improve user experience.
Requirements
What You Will Need
•
Experience in Data Analytics, Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or Data Scientist roles.
•
5-10 years of relevant experience in a mid to senior level capacity (this role does not involve team leadership).
•
Proficiency in SQL, especially with large data sets.
•
Ability to translate customer analytics into Tableau or other data visualization tools.
•
Background in fintech, tech companies, product companies, or startups/scale-ups, with a focus on building new enterprise-ready solutions or rolling out new features.
