About the Role
Support HRIT operations by delivering simple system configuration changes, testing activities, documentation, data-related tasks, and AI-assisted initiatives while building foundational expertise in HR technology and digital solutions.
Responsibilities
•
Perform simple system configuration changes and support system enhancements under supervision.
•
Execute testing, validation, and quality assurance activities, including AI-assisted testing.
•
Prepare and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
•
Perform data validation, quality checks, reporting, and other data-related activities.
•
Support AI initiatives through knowledge management, automation support, and bot performance monitoring.
•
Collaborate with HRIT team members and stakeholders to support project delivery and operational requirements.
•
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and operational excellence.
•
Demonstrate accountability, quality, and a continuous learning mindset, with the opportunity to be considered for permanent employment based on performance and business needs.
Requirements:
