We are seeking a leader with a strong solution architecture foundation who has progressed into enterprise architecture roles and can confidently guide the organization through complex change. This individual understands that applications, infrastructure, cloud, security, compliance, data, and AI are not separate disciplines, but interconnected elements of well-designed technology solutions that enhance the experience of both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience leading large-scale transformations and translating business and IT strategy into actionable technology roadmaps. They will lead the design of enterprise capabilities, integration patterns, AI-enabled platforms, and foundational technologies while establishing the governance, security, and architectural standards needed to scale digital and AI solutions across the Cooperative. Working closely with partners across IT and the business, this leader will continually evolve Ocean Spray’s technical landscape to enable innovation, resilience, and long-term business value.
