About the role
As we gear up for AMP8, our biggest and most ambitious programme yet, we’re looking for a Land Lead to drive land access and acquisition strategies, ensuring we build a better environment and make a real difference.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects while shaping the way we engage with landowners and key stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing
As our new Land Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of securing land access and acquisition to enable our delivery teams to succeed. Reporting to the Enabling Manager, you will:
✅ Lead Land Access & Acquisition – Manage external land agency activities, including forecasting, valuation, and negotiations.
✅ Engage with Landowners – Build strong relationships with regional landowners to secure approvals efficiently.
✅ Develop Land Strategies – Support the implementation of nature-based solutions in collaboration with environmental teams.
✅ Enhance Digital & Geospatial Systems – Drive the development of digital interfaces for tracking land access data.
✅ Manage Supply Chain Partners – Oversee land agency partners and ensure an effective procurement strategy.
