Responsibilities
•
Promote the sales of merchandise and offer quality customer service under all circumstances in a professional manner.
•
Recognize sale opportunities when dealing with customers and be able to capitalize on upselling of items or services at the point of service.
•
Excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to drive sales.
•
Be able to look for innovative ways to improve customer experience.
•
Understand customer’s needs and latest industry news and trends.
•
Ensure the Brand’s image is always portrayed positively.
Requirements
•
Candidates without any prior experience are highly encouraged to apply as training would be provided.
•
Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate or Brand Promoter will be advantageous.
•
Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
•
Sales-driven and result-oriented person.
•
Possess the passion for customer service and a flair for fashion.
•
Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills to communicate with all levels of customers and staff.
