We’re a small team, so you’ll work quite closely with everyone. Your primary sparring partner, however, will be Shahriar—Metaview’s co-founder & CTO. Hear directly from him about what it’s like to work with him:
I care about nothing more than the team we build—literally. This means I view our recruiting activities as the most critical work we do as a company. However, I'm not an easy person to work with. I'm intense and highly opinionated. I hold myself—and consequently, those around me—to the highest performance standards or, at a minimum, expect them to possess the drive to reach that level. I deeply value curiosity and initiative. Honestly, only a genuine passion for your craft will enable you to successfully partner with me. If this is just 'work' to you, you'll eventually come to resent me.
