Job Description
Room Attendant is a hotel employee responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and ensuring they are comfortable, clean, and well-presented.
Responsibilities
Duties include:

Cleaning and making beds
•
Replacing towels and toiletries
•
Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping
•
Cleaning bathrooms
•
Replenishing room amenities
•
Reporting maintenance issues or lost property
•
Ensuring rooms meet the hotel’s cleanliness standards
Qualifications
•
NC3 in Housekeeping or any relevant qualification.
•
Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel cleaning is an advantage.
•
Basic knowledge of English; additional languages are an advantage.
•
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
•
Ability to work as part of a team.
