About the Role
Responsible for managing information technology infrastructure as well as applications and software within AIA and providing technical support to internal users
The Cloud Platform Specialist (Windows) is responsible for supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of Windows-based platform services across AIA business units, leveraging AIA’s enterprise cloud platform, primarily on Microsoft Azure. This role supports day-to-day service operations, including incident, change, request, and problem management, ensuring platform reliability and stability. It focuses on the administration, monitoring, and optimization of Windows-based infrastructure and platform services, while contributing to cloud adoption and onboarding in alignment with enterprise standards.
