About the company
The Boring Company was founded to solve the problem of soul-destroying traffic by creating an underground network of tunnels. Today, we are creating the technology to increase tunneling speed and decrease costs by a factor of 10 or more with the ultimate goal of making Hyperloop adoption viable and enabling rapid transit across densely populated regions.
About the role
As a Recruiter for Nashville, you will drive the recruitment of top talent for all roles supporting our Music City Loop project, connecting Nashville’s airport to downtown, and prepare for hiring in other cities as we expand. •
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear recommendations.
•
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including coordinating onsite interviews, candidate tours, offer negotiations, background checks, reference verification, and new hire paperwork.
•
Train hiring managers and team members on best practices for recruiting and interviewing candidates across technical, trade, and administrative roles.
•
Organize and execute recruitment events, such as job fairs, facility tours, or virtual webinars tailored to Nashville’s talent market.
