Responsibilities
What you’ll do ⦿ Logistics & Inventory Management: Start your day by documenting and scanning paperwork from the previous day, ensuring all shop packets are accurately processed and accessible to the customer service team. Maintain inventory accuracy through weekly cycle counts and manual sideline inventory processes.
⦿ Material Handling & Shipping: Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, and overhead cranes. Prepare products for shipment considering size, weight, safety, and customer requirements. Organize, label, and stock received materials efficiently.
⦿ ***Order Processing & Communication:***Review and process customer orders daily, coordinating with third-party logistics providers for shipments. Use Outlook and other communication tools to track requests and maintain clear documentation.
