Leadership & Team Development: Lead the Group FP&A function, providing guidance, coaching, and support to a team of qualified and trainee accountants. Foster a positive, collaborative environment that encourages continuous improvement and high performance.
Financial Planning & Analysis: Own and drive the Group’s forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning activities, including quarterly forecasting cycles, annual budgeting, and five-year strategic planning. Deliver timely, accurate, and insightful financial information to support decision-making at Executive and Board levels.
Financial Modelling & Reporting**:** Develop and maintain complex financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions, viability statements, and going concern assessments. Manage preparation of materials for the CFO, Audit Committee, Board, and external reporting.
Stakeholder Engagement**:** Collaborate closely with Executive Leadership, Investor Relations, divisional Finance teams, external auditors, and advisors. Support Investor Relations with financial storytelling, market guidance, and Capital Markets Day presentations.
Continuous Improvement & Compliance**:** Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance reporting systems. Embed and drive compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards in partnership with Governance, Controls and Compliance teams.
Travel Requirements**:** Occasional travel may be required to support stakeholder engagement and investor-related activities.
