Job Description
At ARHS Group, part of Accenture, we are hiring a Senior IT Business Analyst (m/f) to bridge business needs and technical implementation within a European public-sector environment in Luxembourg. You will play a hands-on role in requirements analysis, backlog management, testing coordination, and functional support activities.
THE WORK:
•
Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements for IT solutions.
•
Translate business needs into user stories with clear acceptance criteria, aligned with Agile practices.
•
Model processes and workflows (UML) to support automation and operational improvements.
•
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, Product Owners, and development teams.
•
Manage and refine backlogs, ensuring requirements are complete, prioritized, and development-ready.
•
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
•
Design and validate test cases and participate in end-to-end testing activities.
•
Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and collect business sign-off on deliverables.
•
Provide reporting on project progress, risks, and resource planning.
•
Produce and maintain project documentation including business requirements, user manuals, and procedural guides.
•
Support application operations and functional issue resolution when required.
Onsite at client site: This role requires an onsite presence with our clients and partners to support project delivery and strengthen collaboration.
