Job Summary
Work as part of the cardiac team. Performs 2 dimensional sonography , produces images of the heart muscles functioning by setting up ultrasound equipment, attaching electrodes to chest and equipment, operating and adjusting equipment, recording cardiac data and measurements.
Essential Functions

Prepares for examination by checking equipment
•
Inventory and stocking supplies
•
Reviewing patient schedules
•
Reading physicians for specific examinations
•
Setting up recording equipment
•
Entering patient data into the Echo system
•
Performs 2 dimensional sonography ,
produces images of the heart muscles functioning by setting up ultrasound equipment, attaching electrodes to chest and equipment, operating and adjusting equipment, recording cardiac data and measurements.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent Required

Echo equipment
•
Basic Computer exp preferred

Cardiac registry Certification required
