Role Overview
This is a pivotal global leadership role within Lenovo’s Personal Computing & Smart Devices Division (PCSD), at a defining moment for the Commercial Enterprise business. The successful candidate will be an accomplished, strategic and commercially minded executive, with a proven ability to lead transformation and deliver measurable business impact in a complex global environment. They will bring together customer insight, brand, product marketing, demand generation, digital, communications and account-based marketing to create a more integrated, distinctive and effective go-to-market model across Worldwide and Geo teams.
Key Responsibilities
•
Define and execute the global Commercial Enterprise marketing strategy, aligned to Lenovo’s business priorities, growth ambitions and PCSD portfolio strategy.
•
Lead the global product, campaign, vertical and solutions marketing organization, ensuring clear value propositions, differentiated messaging and integrated go-to-market activation for enterprise customers.

Establish a clear AI marketing leadership agenda for the Enterprise business, translating Lenovo’s AI innovation into relevant customer narratives, category leadership and commercial growth.
•
Partner with Commercial Business Unit leadership, Geo Marketing, Sales and key functional teams to translate global strategy into locally relevant activation across North America, EMEA, Latin America and Asia Pacific.

Build insight-led marketing strategies rooted in enterprise customer needs, market trends, competitive intelligence and segmentation to improve relevance, acquisition, retention and lifetime value.
•
Drive integrated demand generation and account-based marketing programs that deliver qualified opportunities, pipeline contribution and measurable revenue impact.
•
Set a rigorous performance management framework, including KPIs that measure customer behavior, marketing effectiveness, pipeline progression, revenue contribution and channel performance.

Strengthen Lenovo’s commercial enterprise brand positioning and competitive differentiation across products, solutions, channels and customer touchpoints.
