About the role
Our Flagship location in Downtown Nashville is looking to add a Full Time Key Holder to our growing team! If you are someone that loves making people’s day better and selling clothes, let’s talk.
Responsibilities
“Our goal is to make peoples’ day better, sell clothes, and have FUN!”
•
Greet our guests with a smile, and a warm welcome.
•
Get to know your customer to suggestive sell to their lifestyle and events.
•
Led the team in sales through your example of suggestive selling
•
Replenish sales floor as needed.
•
Maintain a clean store and merchandise to Normal standards.
•
Embrace an environment that is respectful in communication.
•
Promote a safe and clean environment for customers and staff.
•
Help with event planning and promotion of the store.
•
Recruit candidates through the social account and in-store.
•
Store opening and closing responsibilities
Requirements
•
1+ year of leadership experience
•
