As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks, responding promptly to resident requests, and ensuring that our properties are well-maintained.
Responsibilities:

Conduct routine maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance servicing.
•
Respond to maintenance requests from residents in a timely and professional manner.
•
Perform property inspections and preventative maintenance to avoid potential issues.
•
Coordinate with contractors and vendors as needed for specialized repairs.
•
Maintain maintenance logs, inventories, and comply with safety standards.
•
Assist in unit turnovers including patching, painting, and cleaning.
•
Participate in emergency on-call rotation and address urgent repairs.
Requirements
•
