About the role
KAIZEN Asset Management Services is expanding its dynamic team and is looking for enthusiastic candidates for Business Development roles at all levels including Junior, Mid-level, Senior, and Director positions. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a leading property management firm in Dubai, where you will play a crucial role in driving our business development strategies and contributing to our growth in the residential and commercial real estate sectors.
Depending on your experience level, you will collaborate with senior management, participate in developing innovative business strategies, and engage with a diverse range of clients.
Responsibilities
•
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and relationship management.
•
Develop, implement, and refine business development strategies that align with company goals.
•
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
•
Prepare and present proposals, bids, and marketing materials to prospective clients.
•
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery and enhance client satisfaction.
•
Engage in market analysis to remain informed of industry trends, competitors, and client demands.
•
Record all sales activities and maintain updated records in the CRM system.
•
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote KAIZEN services.
•
Provide regular reports on business development activities and contribute to strategic planning discussions.
