About the role
Supports Collective Residential’s portfolio operations team by validating metrics and formulas in UDP, our consolidated BI platform, tracking open data issues through to resolution with the UDP team, cross-referencing figures against source data in our property management systems (PMS), and building out new and improved reporting and dashboards in UDP.
Responsibilities
•
Validate metrics, formulas, and calculated fields in UDP against source data and expected outputs.
•
Cross-reference UDP figures against PMS data (Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio, Entrata) to confirm accuracy.
•
Identify discrepancies, broken formulas, or mismatched metrics and document them clearly for follow-up.
•
Track existing known issues and their status through to resolution, maintaining an up-to-date issue log.
•
Work directly with the UDP team to communicate problems, provide supporting detail, and confirm fixes.
