About the role
We are seeking an experienced Head Pastry Chef to lead our pastry production and innovation across all PAUL stores in Athens.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the Pastry Department across all PAUL Greece locations.
· Develop new pastry recipes and seasonal products.
· Ensure quality, consistency and presentation of all products.
· Oversee production, quality control and continuous improvement.
· Implement PAUL recipes and Product Bible standards.
· Plan production schedules and manage raw materials.
· Recruit, train and develop the pastry team.
· Ensure HACCP and food safety compliance.
Requirements
Candidate Profile
•
Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Chef.
•
Strong leadership and production management skills.
•
Excellent knowledge of French pastry production.
•
Creativity and attention to detail.
•
Good English and computer skills.
•
Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety.
