The Technical Services Consultant / IT Consultant for the Integration team requires a well-rounded individual to consult, implement and manage a wide variety of solutions. It is largely based on working independently at client sites; therefore, excellent interpersonal communication and time/project management skills are critical for customer satisfaction, as well as individual and the organization’s success.
Key Roles Responsibilities:
•
Travel to client sites in the DC-VA-MD metro area to provide technical project consulting and comprehensive IT support for a variety of clients (small businesses, non-profits, government agencies).
•
Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues across various platforms and systems.
•
Provide technical support and guidance to team members and end-users.
•
Implement and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
•
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
•
Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs and improvements.
•
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive.
Qualifications:
•
