Job Description
ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for a Senior Enterprise Architect to join one of our client teams onsite in Luxembourg within the financial services sector.
In this strategic role, you will help define and drive enterprise architecture across large-scale transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology solutions. You will work closely with senior business and IT stakeholders, providing architectural guidance, supporting governance activities, and contributing to complex integration and transformation programs.
THE WORK:
•
Define and maintain enterprise architecture strategies, target architectures, and technology roadmaps.
•
Ensure alignment between business, application, data, integration, and technology architectures.
•
Contribute to architecture principles, standards, governance frameworks, and architectural best practices.
•
Perform impact assessments and support architecture alignment across strategic transformation initiatives.
•
Prepare and present architecture recommendations to governance boards and senior management.
•
Translate complex technical topics into clear business recommendations, highlighting options, trade-offs, and implementation strategies.
•
Support large-scale transformation, system integration, and post-merger integration initiatives.
•
Define target operating models, application rationalization strategies, and integration approaches.
•
Collaborate closely with business leaders, architects, delivery teams, and executive stakeholders.
