What you’ll do
•
Facility Management: Monitor and maintain office buildings, equipment, and supporting facilities at Blessindo-Tangerang. Coordinate repairs and maintenance with internal teams and external vendors to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
•
Travel and Accommodation Coordination: Arrange employee business travel including flights, trains, and seaplanes, as well as accommodation and room allocations. Manage travel requests with flexibility, including urgent requests outside normal working hours.
•
Asset Management: Maintain records and coordinate procurement, transfer, repair, and disposal of company assets such as laptops, mobile phones, furniture, and office equipment.
•
Vendor and Contractor Liaison: Work closely with service providers, contractors, and internal teams (Purchasing) to process service requests and ensure timely completion while qualifying vendors to meet company and safety standards.
•
Administrative Support: Prepare General Affairs reports, manage office supplies inventory, and coordinate office events, meetings, and company activities.
•
Security and Safety Support: Coordinate security services and access control, ensuring compliance with company HSE and security requirements.
•
Budget Control: Monitor operational expenses, assist in budget preparation, and support cost control initiatives.
•
Compliance and Continuous Improvement: Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations, participate in audits related to facilities and asset management, and identify opportunities to improve General Affairs services and efficiency.
•
Travel Requirements: Occasional travel to Balikpapan (approximately once or twice per year) to support administrative activities.
•

What you’ll bring
Must-haves:
•
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administration, office management, logistics, or related fields.
•

Strong organizational and coordination skills with experience in facility and asset management preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
