What you’ll do
⦿ Laboratory Testing & Equipment Operation: Conduct laboratory testing and operate test equipment daily to ensure reliability and functionality. Maintain and troubleshoot lab equipment to support ongoing projects.
⦿ Fixture Design & Fabrication: Design, develop, and fabricate test fixtures and support equipment tailored to project needs, including expanding electronic and environmental testing capabilities.
⦿ Collaboration & Support: Work closely with Advanced Technology, New Product Development, and Product Engineering teams to execute test plans, validate engineering designs, and support product development initiatives.
⦿ Data Management & Reporting: Record observations, document test results, maintain archives, and generate reports to contribute to laboratory metrics and continuous improvement efforts.
⦿ Equipment & Lab Improvement: Specify requirements for new equipment and fixtures, participate in capital improvement projects, and drive enhancements to lab testing capabilities.
⦿ Travel Requirements: Minimal travel expected; primarily onsite work with occasional visits to other facilities as needed.

What you’ll bring
Must-haves:
