What you’ll do
⦿ System Maintenance: Monitor, service, and maintain various cooling and heating systems used at the facility for offices and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
⦿ Installation Leadership: Lead or assist in the installation of new HVAC devices, coordinating purchases and contractor activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
⦿ Technical Troubleshooting: Utilize technical manuals and specialized knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues with industrial cooling systems, including air and water-based systems.
⦿ Daily Operations: Perform hands-on work involving confined spaces, heights, and lifting equipment up to 50 lbs, maintaining safety and efficiency throughout daily tasks.
⦿ Success Metrics: Achieve consistent system uptime, timely completion of maintenance and installation tasks, and adherence to safety protocols.
⦿ Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.
