About the role
The Financial Crime and Risk Management (FCRM) team within Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) at American Express is building the next generation of AI-enabled, world-class capabilities to support second-line risk and compliance functions and financial crime investigation teams.
We are looking for a highly motivated Software Engineer III with hands-on experience in NICE Actimize Suspicious Activity Monitoring (SAM) to help develop, enhance, and support our AML transaction monitoring platform. This role will contribute to delivering scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions supporting Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring and regulatory compliance initiatives across the company.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills in Actimize SAM development, SQL, data integration, and application troubleshooting, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, product, and compliance teams.
